So Sweet by Hailey is changing the cookie game with her illustrative, edible works of art.
What began as a creative outlet to fill her cup has overflown into a successful business - one that most recently collaborated with authors Holly Renee and Kandi Steiner on their respective release day parties with Sugar & Spice Book Co.
Over the past eleven months, the Nashville bookish community and beyond have quickly taken to Hailey's work. Authors, indie booksellers, and romance readers alike are wowed by her artistry and dedication to the craft. These sugar cookies - available in flavors vanilla almond, chocolate, or salted caramel - have truly become a sell-out staple at events such as book club meets, trivia nights, and spicy festivals.
So Sweet by Hailey began as a hobby that added sweetness to her life after she found that making cookies helped her cope with the mental stress of being mother and full-time caretaker of her medically complex child.
Gradually, she began sharing her work with the world and building her brand, which fostered community, excitement, and inner strength.
The result is something that is so much more than a small business; It is a testament to resilience and a reminder that love can be found anywhere, whether its tucked between book pages, painted on sugar cookies, or in the quiet moments in which we choose to find joy ourselves.
In a way, her work is a love letter to creativity itself: a connector for people, meant to be savored and celebrated.
Though books have accidentally become her niche, it is important to note that Hailey is more than equipped to bring any cookie ideas to life. Using gel food coloring and royal icing as her paint, the cookies she creates become shelfworthy canvases that champion authors, life's celebrations, pop culture, and so much more. So Sweet by Hailey can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additional information can be found on her website.
